Have land? We can build and develop your property into a turn-key investment opportunity. One-bedroom, one-bathroom units, with appliances, on 6-12 month leases.
We do not offer builder financing, we do have a contact for construction loans with incentives.
The Process
- Approximately 8 months
1. Contact us to discuss your vision - this includes how many buildings you'd like to have
2. With your budget in mind, we will move through the exterior and interior design process.
3. Buildings will be ordered and finished out with specs
*photos taken for rental marketing when possible
4. Utilities set up with permits and installed (power, water, septic, driveway, etc)
5. Buildings moved to your property, set up and finished
6. Renters pay deposit + first months rent and move in
7. You collect the profits!
